Missing Nobles?

154, Autumn 1098. I've tracked down a couple of female nobles since becoming the King of Sturgia, I know, awesome right! None of these ladies are where they are supposed to be according to the Encyclopedia. I've waited for a week now for them to ride by or show up in the Lords Hall. Are they hiding from me, am I looking in the wrong place, do they even exist? Is this a bug? They are all about 21-23 years old. I looked and could not find any info on this being a bug. If they started the game as a kid do they not show up as a noble besides being one in the Encyclopedia?

Please let me know as the future of Sturgia hangs in the balance...

They can be prisoners in dungeon, if the location is owned by different faction. Also they can just be nearby. You said you waited a week, in this time location should change, is this a case for you?

I had one occurence of noble jumping locations. When I was in nearby city and checked where she is - she was in castle 1. When I arrived there she was in castle 2, quite far away. When I went back to city she again was in castle 1. I went there, an she again was in castle 2. It was in two or three days, and maybe it is just my luck.

Thanks, i've ran into that before, some Nobles can teleport. But I think this is different. Her name is Anea, a Noble of Sturgia. Her Dad Joron is also a Noble of Sturgia and he is at Varnovapol as well. I see him in the Keep but not her or her brother although the Ency says they are here. Their culture is Empire though.

I just looked and they are not in the dungeon. When i look at them under Joron's profile it says child, not sure if that has anything to do with it. This could be the end of this playthrough.

I'll put their pictures on milk cartons for now...see if i get any leads that way.

It's the same thing for Sanit, she's 20 and supposed to be in Askar but is not. Her parents are but she is not. I guess this is the end.

Ιve seen this bug....it happens when they get captured...for some reason they show up in the encyclopedia that they are in one of their castles ...but they are not

If these are chars that were underaged at the start of the game they are probably just messed up like other children seem to be, never actually becoming real NPC lords.

Otherwise, lords not leading parties teleport around. Lords who's clans have no fiefs can even teleport more and be harder to track down. Try checking keeps at different times throughout the day.

If the encyclo says they were near a village, they may be in an army.

If he is the son of a noble faction leader, and he is heir to this noble, it will probably show up when his father disappears and the son becomes the new faction leader. In this case, he will go on to lead an armed group and you will be able to see him on the map or in a settlement, even if he is a small child, so on top of that you cannot kill or defeat him on the battlefield and it is a serious problem. This happens to me, but I play with some mod's that may have to do with the problem. But extrapolating to your situation, it is likely that you play cat and mouse indefinitely and never manage to contact, simply because that character is not actually materialized in the game and does not have a defined location (it happens to me with nobles belonging to factions less than neither they are in the lord's room, like normal nobles, nor are they in the tavern or town like the companions, and there is no way to contact them). But you can use the Telepaty mod and you can talk to her directly, which I don't know is if you will have the option to declare your love (although I think you will).
