Resolved Mismatch on what is in perk desc for Charcoal vs what happens

for the perk on blacksmithing; it has upgraded charcoal production; perk says make 3 charcoal per 2 wood; what ends up is you make 2 charcoal per 3 wood

i think it's best to put charcoal in the title, came here to report the same bug
