Manifold

Recruit
1) Currently, the wages you get from counts are pretty insignificant. I would like to see the player getting wages automatically every week, without having to stop and talk to a count. "But Manifold," you say, "OMG ITS NTO REALISTIC HWO DO YOU GET TELEPRORTED MONEYS IDT DOESNT MAEKS SENSESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Well, just consider the fact that earning money without even having to do anything might actually compensate for the small amount you get.

2) One of my favorite things to do in combat is ride in with on a charger with a big axe, and get three consecutive kills on that first run. I'm talking about cut the left side, cut the right side, cut the left side, three enemies are dead on the spot. I think the player should be rewarded for 'connecting' kills like this. Let's say two kills are connected if they take place within 1.5 seconds of each other. I'd like to see an exp bonus or something for this.

3) Waypoints on the overhead map. Sometimes there is an army or something you want to avoid and you have to babysit your party. Holding down shift should let you click a bunch of consecutive waypoints. Empire Earth had a system where while shift is held, you can see current waypoints indicated by white dots, and there are white lines connecting each of these to your party.

4) I think we should do away with the current system of letting probability decide which units get thrown into battle. It would be more strategic if I could select, before each individual battle, who I want to fight. Maybe it could tell you each unit's health as well.

1) I don't think it would hurt to have this, but I don't find not having it to be a huge problem.

2) This is one of my favorite things too, I'd love to be rewarded for it.

3) It would be nice, but wouldn't we still have to babysit our party, lest it cross paths with someone bigger and badder?

4) I like the current system. You get to suggest how you'd like things to go down, based on party position. However, the probability both keeps encounters fresh and reflects the messy miasma of mayhem that is mounted melee.

I'd not mind having an option where I can choose to have ALL units on both sides take part in combat immediately...

For me it doesn't make sense that part of the army stays behind and drink tea until their comrades starts dying...
