Minor suggestion...Gameplay point.

One thing that has always bugged me in RPGs is having to wade through a dialog tree where the NPC doesn't acknowledge the PC's current status or accomplishments.

For instance, in Zendar when you are offered the river bandit quest, the dialog is exactly the same whether or not you have already defeated river bandits.

Like I said, its a minor point, but it always makes me feel better when a game "notices" what I have done.
 
The games still in beta at this time so the minor gameplay/imersions aren't entirely present, give it time and most likely we'll see something along those lines.
