Summary: Minor bug that makes browsing the encyclopedia annoying.
How to Reproduce: When you select an item from the list, then go back to the list, the list automatically changes location slightly. The changing location of the list is a minor nuisance.
In the attached video, pick any settlement, say "Asalig", and watch how its location jumps around as I go back and forth.
