[minor bug] Rebache wrong map

This might actually be a native issue with how you need to link villages, I can't remember from my brief time with modding here. But basically, I was doing the tax collection quest in rebache, and they rebelled again my efforts, and i was put into a snow scene.

Yeah, I did a "Train the peasants" in Rebache the other day and it looked like they had been transported to Ravenstern.

I did a bounty hunting mission in Rebache and had this happen, which I think I posted in bugs thread, though I said it was apparently connected to the Muskoka region of Canada cause we often see snow until late march and early april, which was when I did the quest in-game.
