Summary: Minor bug granting free relation
How to Reproduce: As ruler of a kingdom, when a town/castle is conquered, you temporarily become the owner of the new fief, until a vote occurs to assign ownership of the fief. During this temporary ownership you may grant that fief to any clan for free relation. See video.
