help me i have got a own  kingdom i dont have thechief minister how to get it i have a castle and i have two lords artimmer and mateld what to do i have got a warband  !!!!!!Please help!!! i neeed that minister i have got a castle a 35 days in mount&blade time!!

You cannot appoint lords as ministers, but you can appoint companions. If you have some in your party, talk to the temporary minister and say that you want to replace him.

yes but i cant change rent for vilagges and send a present to a lord what i need to do ? to send a gift or change rents

Well, I haven't played Native (assuming you aren't using a mod) in a long time, but as far as I know, you cannot change rents, unless you have some mod. I am also not sure about gifts, I assume they are only a part of mods, not the classic Warband. Maybe someone will correct me.
