I had one i made myself on my laptop but I don't have it anymore...

You can do it with gimp or any other equivalent (that can open .dds) if u want to make one yourself.

It's for skyrim but afaik it also works with other games.

d_mipcap and d_mipscale... good commands form Quake 1 that I've missed for just about every game ever since ;(

But I don't know of any such texture pack either. Would probably use it if there was one!

When I had a really bad computer I used a mod called Scary Mod that was very reduced textures and some meshes made lower poly. dunno if it's still hosted anywhere

I heard it mentioned by a friend who I think got it from cRPG but used it for native also.
