Minecraft: The succession!

Okie, since nobody but Nemesis wants to start, I guess I'll upload the world on which we will play. I'll screw the random order thing and just put people who've requested a weekend time in weekend times.

Actually Normal is more difficult then hard because Normal has more monsters. Hard has few monster they are just tougher.

Also, we need to make the minerals we mine to have some sort of a production priority. For example, if you wont stop me, Ill make 2 or three buckets, and use the rest to make rails and wagons. Cause thats the way I roll.

This. The cost an effort needed to create a relatively good minecart railroad outweighs the benefits. Just make tools and dig down deep!

I find myself stranded on a beach of a land I do not know. As I wake up, the first thing I see is a cave to my south.

I stand up and look around to find myself surrounded by cows and pigs that have an awkward way of jumping around.

My survival instinct kicks in, and I decide to find a higher spot to have a look at the land. I find it rather flat and boring at first, but I decide to investigate the cave to my south that I saw earlier.
As I enter the cave, I can hear deep, moaning sounds. I head into the sound's direction, and find something I can hardly describe. It would seem this land is plagued by zombies.

As I'm in no way of slaying these cursed creatures yet, I head back outside to gather some materials and make a good way leading to this cave. When I head back into the cave, however, I find myself ambushed by a zombie! With all the power left in my body, I manage to grapple and suffocate the thing. However, I do not get through it without some wounds myself.

From the sand and dirt I have still with me, I create a simple wall to block off the other zombies, as I'm in no particular mood to fight any more of these creeps.
I decide I'll need some light, and constructing materials, so I head outside and travel to the nearest tree, to find myself an iron deposit above ground!

However, I have no tools to mine such materials yet. So, I start punching a tree with my bare hands, and gather myself some wood, which I turn into planks.

Out of the planks, I make a simple workbench, which I use to create myself a wooden pickaxe. With the pickaxe, I mine some stone and the iron I found earlier. I use the stone to create more sturdy tools. I also gather some more wood, and take my workbench with me while I explore the surroundings a little further. I stumble upon a clay deposit.

I decide that with the tools I have, to head back to the zombie-infested cave. Inside, I find a small coal deposit, which I am quick to gather and make torches out of!
When I return to the I had walled off, however, I find that all the zombies have died! As I know zombies hate light, I quickly ignite and put down a few torches to keep these monsters at bay. The chests contain some stale bread, which I eat, a bucket, two saddles and a red dust I am not familiar with.

With the cave now clear of zombies, I decide I will make this my shelter. I start clearing out rooms, I create two walls to close in the cave, and I create a furnace and a chest to keep my things in. After what seems to have been only a few minutes, this shelter is starting to look like something. I create a door and some glass to make windows out of. As I'm working at all this, I find myself without the need to sleep. When I take a look outside, I find that the night has passed already! However, it is unsafe outside yet, as I'm being watched by sickly-green-coloured walking penis-things.

I head back to the zombie-room, to make myself a clear way in with some stairs, and am ambushed by another zombie! I slay the thing by throwing rocks and punches at it, and survive without a scratch.

I start clearing out my rooms further, and soon, I start hearing high, creaky shouts. I head outside, but find only cows and pigs dancing around, neither making the noises I am hearing. I head back in, and start mining in the direction I hear the noises coming from, making a staircase down. Soon enough, I stumble upon a large opening into a cave, and it is infested by two huge spiders. With my sword in hand, I charge in and slay the spiders.

I can see an opening in the wall of the larger room, and head through it. Inside I find some iron, coal, and mushrooms.

I decide I need some fresh air and head outside. I start exploring the surrounding area, and find some natural caves. These seem to be inhabited by cave-dwelling pigs and chickens.

The cows that are dancing around on top of the hill I live in are getting strangely annoying, and I kill them.

As I climb unto a hill somewhat south of my dwelling, I spot caves across the lake and decide to head in their direction.

I get closer, and find the caves lacking anything interesting. As I check the most western cave however...

The skeletons approach, and the sun is setting. I decide this is not the time to engage, and head back across the lake towards my home. I take a last look while swimming.

When I get closer to my house-cave, I find that there's no door in the southern entrance. I use a falcon-punch to create an opening in the wall, which I seal tight again once I'm inside.

I spend this night mining coal and iron inside my cave-system. After a while, I can see the sun rise. This results in a zombie close to my dwelling burning to his second death. This is the morning of my fourth day on the island.

I head back over the lake, picking up a couple of feathers from the zombie's corpse, and find the skeleton-infested cave empty! I am quick to light up the room, and loot the chests inside.

I head back home, and smelt the iron I have into iron staves.

I decide that from the iron, I will craft some armour. Most miraculously, I actually know how to. It looks good on me, I think.

I take a look outside, and find that it's halfway through the day, so I head back in, check my chest for all the items that I've gathered so far, and decide to take a quick nap.

I won't be around for 24 hours, and that's if shizz goes perfectly, so expect me gone for at least 36. Shall try to grab it after that. :3

Should be able to fit a few others in before then, eh?

Anything particular needed to be done? I was going to make the cave a little more goodlooking, and make an bow somehow. Also, tip: Never wear armor while mining. If you take fall damage, the armor will aswell.

I know. We already have a bow. I think right now we'll need some more iron, because it's all used up. Might be useful to build a watch-tower close to our hovel, too. Would've done it myself, but my days were up.
