I hope your not serious Sheep_Archer. Mika is such an annoying POS, another pop world manufacture with no talent and boring, boring, boring music. Most annoying voice...ever.

Putting Oasis with other indie bands is pretty stupid. Oasis were a 90s breakthrough act with Blur. That's their era, and they're pretty good. Snow partol and Razorlite are actually pretty good, well Razorlite's first album and Half of Snow Patrol's new album. The rest of the indie scene is complete crap though. I'll agree with you on that.

Also, have you noticed his obsession with children in his songs. I think he is more set up to be a new Micheal Jackson that Freddy Mercury. The difference between him and Freddy Mercury was that Freddy Mercury was in an actual Band, with Talent and exciting, new music which no one had done before. Not the same generic pop song beat and very slightly varied keyboard riff over the top while some samey vocalist got their 1 minute of fame.

Mike is most defiantly more manufactured than any modern indie band...and compared to oasis....

Gotta agree that RH are brilliant. I've seen them twice, once here in Aberdeen and another time down in Edinburgh (I saw Pearl Jam in Dublin the day after that gig). Great performances each time. V. different from album sound.

Absolutely. Oasis have done some good songs, I'll give them that (such as Wonderwall), but a lot of their work I find boring (such as The Importance of Being Idle). Travis, on the other hand, has long been someone whose music always puts a smile on my face.
