Mercenaries troops for Empire

Idea is to replace Coursor cavalry for Empire with some sort of random choosed (like looted horse ability) light cavalry/horse archers from foreign nations. Since Empire is mostly based on late Byzantine Empire, would be cool to reflect this with mercenary units which were extensively used at the time and formed up to 80% of the Byzantine armies.

What do you mean by "late"? The Eastern Roman Empire lasted for over 1000 years and reorganised its military multiple times over the years. Mercenaries were only used extensively in specific periods.
