soup guy gave me an idea(was quiete expensive..)
the possibility to give your soldiers a reward, like a medal, or improve their rank but not level...
so you could name for example borcha the captaion of guards(only one allowed) so he would increase the Morale(hopefully that option will be added)

Well, ever since Tom Ridge got a medal of freedom for telling people to wrap their houses up with duct tape and plastic wrap and inventing a silly color coded alert level thermometer I'm kind of cold on medals these days. But olympic gold still means something until we are watching olympic dart throwing contests and basketball.

Indeed a nice way to affect morale other than Leadership .

It could be also a strieve to keep that rank.
I mean Borcha party should avoid battles he 'thinks' he could loose
because each lost battle could count against the points he already won
to reach his current rank .
