Medal of Honor - Open Beta

I was in the beta for the PS3, and it sucked.

Be prepared for it if it does on the PC too.

Basically, it took a full mag to kill someone, whenever you died the game lagged like hell, the control scheme is meh, among other things.

I downloaded the closed beta via Steam - can I use that?
I don't know, but you'll probably have to download the beta again.

The trailers don't look too promising, so I didn't expect the game to be good anyway.

Its ****e...
I was in the closed beta , and the MP is just a very toned down Bad company 2... Even though it is done by the same developer they refused to add destructable scenes and vehicles, even though they had the engine done... It plays like any other FPS and the map design is meh at best...

I found out after one week of the PS3 beta closing that I had a beta key.  :x

Heard it wasn't good anyway.

Why do they have to do modern day? They did WW2 stealth really well. Plus the last game was awesome.

Yes, they took a step forward with Airborne, and are deciding to take 2 steps back with this one.

Beta sucked. Single Player might be promising.

Ill be skipping this one though..for one reason..

EA ****ing caved and changed Taliban to Opposing Forces...****ing society...

Played the beta and i declare this game is stuiped due to snipers and no prone...
I'm annoyed Ive been getting killed from across the map with SMGs. Full mag to kill someone? Bull****. Bolt-Action snipers are 1-hit-kill 100% of the time, and you need to put no more than 10 bullets of any other gun in someone to kill them.

Really, the actual Taliban? I thought they were going to do the COD4 approach and make up a place similar to a real country.

Yea, the real Taliban because EA wanted it to be realistic, its bull**** really.. if you can have a game where real life Tier-1 Operators(Best of the Special Forces) are portrayed(they helped EA on the game too!), Yet not portray real life Taliban in a real world organization that these Operators are fighting against is ridiculous.

Something about sensitivity issues or some bull****.

Sensitivity issues?

Taliban Guy: I'M OFFENDED AND NEVAR PLAYING DIS GAME AGAIN.

That Taliban member was the only one playing the game that was Taliban, boohoo.  :P

Actually it was the usual family of dead soldiers killed in Afghanistan argument.

Funny thing is EA when they made Wing Commander: Prophecy was asked to rename the Taliban system to something else back in the late 90s for the GBA port.
