Notes:
"Welcome, adventurer, to the lands of the old Empire. Once Calradia was a great empire, with good roads and low taxes, the Emperor and the peasants were friends, and land prospered. But those times are now legends and the empire is Broken into many factions. Each faction has a leader, who claims the throne of Calradia, fighting other leaders to grow larger. Taking advantage of that conflicts, bandits and looters have taken control of the situation and now, only the gods may have power to restore Calradia to it's former glory. Before you can start playing the game you must create a character. To begin, select your character's gender."

Features:
You start as a son/daughter of a good - no magic... yet.
New starting menu, with new options.
New Elite itens, such as Elite armor, Elite horse and Elite gold pottery;
New mercenary troop: Demigood
All Heros remade - need name sugestions - dialogues are odd
Factions renamed and everyone is -1(very angry) with Bandits.
Some tweaks:

[*]Player Faction is now Green, outlaws are Red and manhunters are Blue
[*]Very low food amount necessary(999 troops feed with one item and they eat only once each 999 hours)
[*]Merchants have much less money, they only receive 0-100 gold, if they are under 500 gold.
[*]As lands are taken by bandits, mercenary parties will varie from 1 to 22 troops.That's because or they hide or they walk in great numbers.
[*]Siege equipments build ultra fast, and siege towers move 5x the normal speed
[*]Skills go up to lvl 15
[*]Tournaments, give much more renowm, relation with town and exp, but there will be only one tournament per time and it will last 1-5 days.
[*]Citizens are poor, so in the arena, you'll need to beat more guys, to win less money.
[*]You pay 200% of the normal wages and garrisoned troops will got full payment, but you only pay your troops once each 1000 hours.
[*]AI lords have higher party base limit, but the final divider is doubled
[*]Bandit parties goes from 1 to 140 troops and there are almost 100 parties of each kind of bandit, but they take 999 hours to respawn
[*]Your party size and party morale are huge:
Base party size = 9999999
Increase in max party size for each point of leadership = 9999999
Renown needed to add max party size by 1 = 1
No morale lost for heros in party
Increase in morale for each point of leadership = 9999999
[*]Enemy lords won't scape after battle or at your party.While in town or castle with no prision tower, they have a 5% chance of scaping and 1% in those who have a prision tower, but they try to scape each 5 hous
[*]You could have 999 prisioners for each point of prisioner management and could sell them to tavernkeepers for 10 denars each.Twice a day, you have a 5% chance of having a ransom offer for a lord.
[*]Once per hour, you could recruit prisioners and they'll always join you(lords won't) and you'll have a huge moral bost for each recruit
[*]You'll receive much more quest to deal with bandits or to train peasants and get high reputation with them.
[*]Villages are most likely to be infested with bandits and there will be 5-100 peasants to help you retaking the village
[*]Improvements will build in one day and will have much higher benefits.
[*]You could recruit up to 100 guys in the villages and each 10 relation points will enable a new troop tier.

but yes, not much done, I've worked in it in 1 day, but it's still 1.0, in 2.0 there will be more things

Yea slow down the speed for the horse and the sword it keeps saying 0 damage everytime i hit somebody.

more units, more itens, new features and maybe some magic (gods are magic users oO)
 
I dont know yet, butI`ll ask to the the Sword of damocles team, for the invasion source code, so that I could make the bandits really invade Calradia xD.
I could also add the costumized troop tree.
 
More features I`m planing to add when I got home(arround january 25):

  • Diplomacy features
  • Bridges, mountain passes, ruins and strategical points will act as castles, they can be conquered and fortified, but when you conquer, you destroy all fortifications.
  • Shield Bash
  • Enhanced Formations
  • Stats on itens(like +1 to riding while equiped)
  • Taunt
  • The recruits change to the villager owner`s culture
  • Improved noble titles
  • Probably a Bandits Faction, With a lot of "Lords" and all cities hidden.
  • More weapons, armors, horses and maybe scenes from OSP
  • New Cheats in the Camp Menu
and some more...

If i got permission, I'll add the Floris Expanded Mod pack to the mod to, and the list of features will be this:

* You can start as a son/daughter of a god - no magic... yet.
* New starting menu, with new options.

* The outlaws of calradia have gathered up in six big groups: Order of the Hyena, Snow Leopard Group, The Nalzindar, Selken Islers, Band of the
  Bear and Isvaie.(if u have readed The enduring Flame and/or the Obsidian Trilogy, u may find some names similar)
    - They would make camps that you will only see when you got really near them and they will act like towns, they will have 'Taverns' with
      some of the normal campanions and some outlaw companions, black market, alcoholic drinks and mercenaries.
    - When you have low honor, if you found some outlaw party in the map, or if you have some as prisioners, you can talk with them and they
      will give you a quest to join their faction.
    - Once you enter a bandit faction you can make your own bandit hideouts and upgrade them using tools and other stuff. Doing this you can
      go from normal tent-camp to a heavily defended wooden fortress.
    - Several things will change about taking over castles and cities.
          + When you take over a castle, the castle will become yours and so will the villages but they won’t give you money normally. When you
            want your cash, you have to go to the village and force them to pay you so when you are away you won’t get anything. Also, the money
            only reloads once a week and everytime you got it the village relation and prosperity goes worse. The good thing here is that the villages
            give you more than they did when you were in a normal faction. You can also force them to give you goods and even loot them but when
            you do that, the amount of money you can go claim each week gets lower. When you just take goods or cattle, the time you have to wait
            until they have money again will extend by a week so if you get your money and then you steal from them, you will have to wait two
            weeks before it is recharged. If you steal both cattle and goods, the time you have to wait until you can collect money stacks. Looting
            them is even worse: You will have to wait two weeks extra after they have rebuild their village(no more looted status)before they give
            you money again and the next two times you go collect your money after that they will only give you half of normal.
          + When you attack and conquer a city, you won’t be able to hold it, instead you and your men will loot all the items that are in the shop
            and get a large amount of money. Also, it will be a huge boost for your men’s morale. The city gets a destroyed status for one week and
            after that week it will be rebuilding for two weeks. While it is destroyed, you can’t do anything, just like in a looted village. While
            rebuilding, it has about a hundreat mid-tier troops and only a small amount of items in the shop. Most of these items will have a negative
            status(rusty, cracked…) and the items won’t be from very high level. When you attack the city with your bandits during this period, you
            won’t get very much and the city won’t be destroyed again, however, the rebuild time will be 5 days longer. After the city’s rebuild time is
            over, it will regain its full amount off troops and items.
    - 8 new factions:
          + Cormonal Empire (inspired by Cormo the Centaur) - The remains of the old empire that ruled Calradia and many other lands.
          + High Light (Religion) - Composed mainly by Fanatics of the Holly Light, that believe that everybdy else is tainted by the Darkness or
            Shadow-Touched
          + Order of the Hyena - The Order of the Hyena was founded by an Knight of the Swadian army that got tired of the discipline.
          + Snow Leopard Group - An great hunter, that venerated Snow leopards just like gods, created the Snow Leopard Group.
          + The Nalzindar (inspired by an tribe in the Isvai) - The Nalzindar were a steppe tribe that survived on hunt, but when food got spare, they
              started to make roberys.
          + Selken Islers (inspired by the Selken Islands) - The Captain of one of the greatest Tradeships of the Selken Islansd was held prisioner by
            Sea Raiders for years and learn from them how to use Axes and Javelins, and together with some of his friends, he created the Selken
            Islers.
          + Band of the Bear (Inspired by Idalia and Kellen's Mother) -  Idalia was once a Rhodok Lady, but she had been caught by her father with
            an common citizen, and she got banned from the kingdom, she ran to the mountains and there she created the Band of the Bear.
          + Isvaie (inspired by the Isvai Desert) - Bisochin was a child from the Caelanor tribe, he lived with his tribe in the Sarranid deset for ten
            years, when an warlord came and killed them just for the pleasure of killing. He managed to escape, and manged to get together many
            of the desert bandits and formed the Isvaie.
    - All bandit heros will have the faction banner, not their own
* Many New Itens
* Many New troops
* Many new Heros, including bandit Heros - need name sugestions
* Everybody hates the outlaws and the bandit factions, including other bandit factions.
* The High Light fight EVERYBODY they see and NEVER run away in the map.
* New Cheats in the Camp Menu
* Caravans are stronger when they carry better products and get less troops when they carry worse products
* New Troop Tree for the new factions and some changes to the old ones.

[+] Add a mystic merchant to the taverns of towns. You can gamble with him like the Diablo II. You will see many items, but you can't see the prefix and the true price of the items. You will cost the money of the same item without a prefix, then you may get an item with a good prefix or maybe an item with a bad prefix.
[+] Troops in lords' parties or their towns or castles and also kingdom caravans will be sorted by the level of troops every 24 hours.
[+] The horse' HP will influence its speed, if the horse' HP is lower, its speed will be lower.
[+] Custom camera for battles. Note: this is also a feature in Diplomacy.
[+] You can view the upgrade trees of troops and all items in game.
[+] You can check out the effects of the prefix of an item with the prefix.
[+] Many mod options in camp menu.
[+] You can recruit troops for your own towns or castles.

[+] Rhodok sergeants will switch weapons to the glaive when they are close to the enemies if they had equipped it on back, and switch to a shield with an one-handed weapon when the enemies are far away to defense the enemies' arrows or bolts.
[+] High-level troops need more XP to upgrade.
[+] The names of all NPCs, travelers, booksellers, ransom broke are hidden before you talk with them once.

[*] I've rebuilded the python files for Utrehd's Music Pack v0.8. Apparently there were more songs in this pack than were actually used. I solved that, and made sure the songs were to be used alongside the originals, not replacing them.
[*] I've given some troops items from the new and expanded list. This means that the new items aren't just available, but also readily used!
[*] I changed the stats of all the new horses: it now makes a small difference if you take for example a brown or black steppe horse.
[*] Complete new faces for all women.
[*] Totally new troop tree.

Remade Background Story:
Calradia once was a province of a great, rich, poerfull and happy empire. All began with an adventurer called Kellen. Kellen as child dreamed, just like every child that he knows, wanted to be a great Lord and become rich. Kellen birthday was 20 of july and a week before his 17th birthday, he, his mother Maintara and his father Comro travelled to Praven, willing to have the party there. In the day of their arrival outlaws launched an massive atack against Praven and the city guard, togeter with his father(the best warrior in the city), managed to defeat them, but for a great price: The 'Key of the Destiny'(the most important thing in the world in Praven's citizens faith), have been lost and Kellen's father had been captured. There had been many attempts to rescue Kellen's father but none suceed, because the bandits seem to have vanished. When Kellen received the news, he has got angry, furious and his bloodstarted to burn, asking for revenge, and he fleed from the city, with nothing more than his father sword and the clothes he was wearing. After many months of hunting, Kellen and his companions found the bandits and showed them no mercy, killing all but one, who Kellen forced to tell everything that happened since they'd raided Praven. After hours of talking, Kellen realized that the man they have spared, was his father, but his wounds were so bad, that even with all of their efforts, he died, but not before telling the following: 'Th th three nor north fff ffive e east tre treasure y you'. After the funeral, Kellen headed north 3 miles and then east 5 miles. The place they were, was anything but normal, the trees were huge, at least 100ft tall and there were animals everywhere they looked and somewhere inside that forest, there was something as bright as the sun.
