Soooooo..... Yeah...... Maybe just maybe TW Nerf influience gain a little bit to much because vassal clan can't even win the vote to gain fief for themself.

And yeah.... my GREAT Monchug Khan get 15 fief to himself. Because why not. The Vassal clan don't have enough influence to vote anyway XD

I'm not that bother because my income is from trading but the AI Vassal lord may have some money issue XD

Had that same problem in a game, and worse, after taking a bunch of fiefs for himself, he made peace with everyone, making it almost impossible to gain influence... (That -1 influence policy is annoying).

It's not the influence nerf that is the issue. It is the greedy kings taking all the fiefs for themselves, meaning other clans can't get influence. Gaining influence should be gained through fiefs and politics. At least now they won't be able to spam armies all the time.
I bet even without the influence nerf kings will still give the fiefs to themselves anyway.

King do tend to be full of themselves...

Funny thing is that even considering the situation with 15 fiefs and zero influence gain for other clans, that -1 influence policy still has 100% support

Yeah...

If they were to make the lords have sensible support levels for policies, the majority of the policies would never get any support. I guess that's a sign that the policies need a rework too.

Them or Lords' AI when it comes to voting for policies. AI should take into account that if it has no profits in particular policy - it should downvote it. But I think that the decision-making algorithm is based on Lords' relation with the Ruler clan. Rulers usually have tons of "friends", so they get support from them. But even if we put those friends away, at the moment ruler can ban any KIngdom decision since he has some crazy amount of influence points because of 9000 fiefs.
