go to the vaegirs and ask for forgiving, that's not cheap if you had killed many vaegirs, but then you can join them.

When you try to enter an enemy city, you have a chance of sneaking in without being attacked... If it doesn't work (and you have to fight your way out), try another enemy city...
Once you make it in without being recognized, you can go to the Castle, and speak to the Lord there...
To completely change factions, you'll first need to pay him some money (to buy forgiveness for your "crimes" against them), then speak to him again to get the option to join that side...

in my eyes it is swadians, but I don't know, well so I join Vaegirs for more enemies!

I didn't think there was any difference between the two as far as quests were concerned... Anything one faction will assign should have a mirror from the other faction (Capture Swadian Nobleman/Capture Vaegir Nobleman, Raise 5 Swadian Knights/Raise 5 Vaegir Knights, bring me 8 Coursers/bring me 8 Coursers, etc)
I could be mistaken, though, I've never been on the Swadian side...
The main difference between them is in troops and how they're equipped... For instance, Vaegir Knights almost always ride a Warhorse, and carry cutting weapons (swords, halberds, etc), while Swadian Knights use either Hunters or chargers (perhaps some Warhorses), and will often come with lances or morningstars... Some also say that Swadian archers are better than Vaegir ones (at each respective level on those branches), though I'm unsure if this is really true (I do know that at their highest level, Swadian Sharpshooters almost always equip themselves with crossbows, while Vaegir Marksmen have a good chance of equipping a longbow, which is faster firing)...
So knowing the differences between each faction's troops will tell you which one you'd rather have on your side, and which one you'd rather be fighting against...
Personally, I went with Vaegirs, but not really for the above reasons... I had a bunch of Vaegir Knights in my party, and I noticed that most of them were wearing the same armor and shield as myself... So, I just decided that if I looked like one of them, I might as well join them! lol

Swardian are better. if you get high enough to check there stats... swardian knights have a lvl of 25 and Vaegir knights have a lvl of 24. its this way anong the whole tree, swardian always have a one higher lvl at the same spot on the upgrade tree.
Swardian snipers are better; sure they use cross bows but a cross bows speed does not madder when your doing double the damage... a spiper crossbow does what, 43(around there) dam and a long bow 19-21(not sure at the moment) plus they also have an extra lvl on the vaegir snipers.
But that is just the warriors of the factions... witch isent a show of true strangth seeings how no madder what faction you are in you can have both sides in your party(if you rescure them). If you look to the map though you will offten see Swardian war partys 90 stong, while the largest Vaegir party i have ever seen was only about 60. This is easyly explained by looking at the map though. The Vaegirs should obviosly have less military power for they have to deal with the dark knights on a regular bassis

..but, if you want more money, than you get from Swadians, join to Vaegirs.
btw. Vaegirs archers have a bows and Swadians have crossbows, so Vaegirs hit faster, so this can happend: Swadian sharpshooter hits 40 dmg, when he try a reload, Vaegir archers takes two 25 dmg, so it's 50 and more than Swadian sharpsooter.
