What's your most maxed out character you got from cheating?

I created one the other day to test out a mod I'm making (I need around a lot). I am a level 30 or so squire, Strength 21, Agility 15. Iron flesh, Power strike, Riding and Athletics at max skill.

I modified the sumpter horse to have speed 30, armor 40, manoevour and charge 15.

I take on groups of 25 river pirates single handedly. It's way too easy, a hit from my broadsword riding past kills most of them.

I have been killed though mostly when I was on foot and taking risks - letting myself be surrounded.

i hate cheaters

In a single-player game ... 'cheaters' are doing what they feel increases their enjoyment of the game. No harm to anyone.

Sheek ... I like to start my characters with 24 in all the attributes and see how fast, without any other cheating, I can get my character to lvl 35. Trying to get them to lvl 50 has lost its flavor since those last fifteen levels are so hard to get. :???:

50. But that's using the exp cheat :p

I figure it would take about an hour to get to 51 using that cheat. I wonder if it's actually possible though...

I've never got over level 15 without the cheat.

That's also because I get tired of my characters quickly. I start a new one every week or two.

Thadivine: I used Effidian's Unofficial M&B Editor. You can get it in the Mod forum. Look at the Mod Resources sticky.

I don't see any problem with using cheats to test the limits of a single-player game, as long as it doesn't prevent the player from also trying to play legitimately. (Cheating in multiplayer, on the other hand, is a capital offense.)

Just to see how insane it could get, I pumped up a character to something like level 160, all skills up to 8, Str and Dex up in the 40s. Then I equipped him with a bow that does 90 damage, and arrows that add another 90. The blood plumes that shoot up when he gets a headshot go off the top of the screen every time. Whee!

I used a memory editor and got my char to level 75. I think he had somewhere in the range of 200-300 HP and 255 for all stats. His skills were all 15 (which, combined with the 255 AGI, caused him to run way way too fast). He did around 300 damage per hit on enemies will full armor. Oh, and all weapon skills were maxed as well. He was probably 100-200x faster than the spirited courser (I had to tap the W key to get him to move in small increments). I deleted him a while ago and now currently only play a legit level 35. There's a thread with a movie or screens or something that I made a while ago floating around on one of the forums.

did you use artmoney? if so do you have a table you can upload?

Um... what's the point of holding some sort of competition to see who has "maxed out" their character the most from cheating? Are there some sort of bragging rights associated with being willing to cheat more than the next guy? I'm pretty sure it doesn't take any skill to improve your character by cheating.

Yeah there is..

"I can press CRTL-X faster then you can!"

I cheated at Day 86, getting the two companion heros up to level 31 so they wouldn't keep dying every 3.5 seconds.

I experiment quite often with characters which sometime require some ctrl+x pressing to get the character to the desired level, going ctrl+x to level 50 a few times a day makes wonders if you seek piano fingers.

Highest level char was level 36 natural. Primarily trader/leader with an army that rolled things over. I avoid the xp cheat because it doesn't give a feel for the lower end of the game... where it hurts to get hit with a rock.

I have 3 lvl 30 or so knight type characters as well as a lvl 42 horse archer who has 330 archer proficiency, 5 power draw, 7 each in horse archery, riding, and athletics (closest to maxed out I have).

Currently on a lvl 25 character who is master of all (Aiming to get him to 400 proficiency in all).

All my characters are completely legit.

(which, combined with the 255 AGI, caused him to run way way too fast).

Do the animations still work at such high levels? Does the walking animation speed up to that skill level or are you drifting across the ground like a ghost?

I'd think you'll be plunging off cliffs and killing yourself. Unless you go fast enough to fly across gaps etc.?
