Summary: When playing by myself from my Xbox Series S I never have any issues in the multiplayer lobby. When my Xbox one is also playing bannerlord and we are both in the same lobby then we get kicked out constantly. It can take 30min to get both profiles in the lobby without being kicked out. When being kicked from the lobby, both profiles experience it at the same time. I wonder if there is a messaging problem with the server that clashes.

I know of another player who has also had the same issue. He owns an Xbox Series X and an Xbox One. Same issue though, two different accounts.
 
A few more details that could also be relevant. Usually playing around 10 - 12 PM EST. Issue is more common after 11 PM. Custom Server games aren’t impacted as you can join one at a time. This issue mostly happens when trying to matchmake for Captain and Skirmish mode.

Will your record your network stats (i.e. upload, download, and latency) please? It could be a network related issue. 1 Xbox typically requires 12-20mbps upload speed to successfully compete in Multiplayer.

I had speculated with it being network related but seemed unlikely as it impacted four players and two locations on the opposite sides of the world at the same time and in the same way. Due to this it seems more likely that there is a re-authentication or ping back to the server while in the lobby that then proceeds to knock everyone on that connection out of the lobby.
