Massive troop rebalancing

What are you referring to? If it is anything I have posted before and then edited, then ignore it as they are wrong. I have the correct stats, but as
I did it in Excel and it was built microsoft it gave me trouble last night posting. That along with my 5 month old screaming like he was convinced he was going to die I never got around to hosting the file and posting a link. Gimme a minute and that'll be rectified.

The Warriors will be superior to Berserkers in terms of defense, while Berserkers will be superior to Warriors in terms of offense.

may I suggest that the term "heavy" in my mind implies some sort of ordered nomenclature and training amongst the Nordic troops. Perhaps this is the intention, but if it is to keep the feeling of a sort of 'barbarian warrior' raiding/war party and not a *standing* salaried army then perhaps continue with the existing "skilled" prefix instead. The disciplined Rhodoks and Swadians could indeed use these distinctions though, and I think once you start getting into professional troop levels of Huskarls and so on then it could also be appropriate as well.

I disagree. The term "heavy" is pretty simple, and it's a VERY simple matter to pick out the big guys from the little guys when you're all running around hitting people with sticks. I'd interpret that as "Heavy Warriors" being similar to the regular "Warriors", just a bit beefier. They're better than the skinny guys because they hit harder. They can demand more pay because they can hit YOU harder if you don't give them a raise.

On a related note, apologies for dragging my feet with the Khergits. A few hours after my last post, my dog was hit by a car and killed, and I've been run ragged consoling various family members who were extremely attached to him. I can't promise results tonight, but things are finally calming down.

Nope. Although HE created some new models. I'll get around to working on it when I'm out of essays to write, calculus problems to do, history to study, biology to memorize, chemistry lab reports to write, drills to perform, running to do, etc. etc. etc.

Which program is used to create models for M&B? I knew how to use 3DMax, and I am very interested in learning how to use Rhino 3D. Maybe doing(attempting) to do some models to M&B is just the excuse I need to get started.
