Need More Info Massive Performance Drop

Summary: Apologies as this may not technically be a bug. But since reinstalling the game and trying to play it since patch 1.4.8. I have had massive performance problems. I was able to run the game on high settings with no real issue, however now even on medium and low the game seems to struggle a lot. I don't have a tool or anything that tells me the FPS it is performing at, though I estimate it jumps between 5-15 regularly. This is especially a problem in Captain mode with the high amount of models. It is also an issue in skirmish mode and the FPS drop mostly occurs when I move to swing. I am not sure what has caused this massive drop in performance. These performance issues also occur in singleplayer, though I mostly play multiplayer. This seems to be the only game I have where I am struggling with performance issues.

How to Reproduce: I am not sure if its possible to reproduce.
