Massive Fps Drops when i move my mouse

As the title says, I get massive fps drops whenever I move my mouse, I have been getting this problem for the past week, I drop from 144 fps to 5, I have been playing for a long time, 1k+ hours, but this thing I have been encountering seems very weird and makes melee IMPOSSIBLE, my pc is Good Gtx 1080, i7 6850, 16 gigs ram blah blah blah, but does anyone else face this problem? and has anyone who has encountered this problem got it fixed , if so I would like to know how as melee, even single player, is impossible with 5fps, *changing graphics settings doesn't help*

If you have branded mouse such as razer,steelseires, logitech , download their respected software and change pooling rate from whatever (1000 or 500) and put it to 125 . That cuases massive lags in warband.

Download ccleaner and clean your drive and registry.
