In Progress Massive Desync when big number of players/bots are at one location in EU servers [happens like 80% of time] [video included]

Summary: When I play captain battle or normal battle in multiplayer and there is alot of bots/players at one location, a massive desync happens which lasts forever until the number of players/bots at that combat location is reduced then game regains sync but leaves some awkward "ghosts" behind at the locations the bots/players should have died
How to Reproduce: big amount of players/bots in same location fighting.

Download this program https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/
Once it is downloaded, run WinMTR.exe either in WinMTR_x32 or WinMTR_x64
As Host, enter this IP address:
159.203.99.169
Start the program and let it run for 5-10 minutes
Stop the program and using "Copy Text to clipboard" button copy and send the result to us.

Oh ye I forgot to mention that it only happens in EU servers ? (the nearest to me), the US/asian servers including the ip you gave me probably wont have any issues.

if you could send me EU server to test on that would be great
 
Reply from the developers are that the WINMTR values are normal it seems like you have don't have enough bandwidth. The game behaves like there are a lot of data loss. You should get in touch with ISP to learn more details about it.
 
My bandwidth is 30mbps down 3 mbps up, the game never uses more than a few hundred kb/s... ? I dont know how it is bandwidth.

Also happens in EU servers only
