Resolved Massive AI Campaign Battle which Does Not Progress, and Crashes the Client

Summary: There is a massive battle that doesn't progress (no units lost ever). This battle has been going on for about 60 days now. All my clans parties are stuck here and cannot be disbanded. Any AI party that comes near is pulled in and the line of fighting parties just gets bigger, and therefore pulls in more and more. If I get near and the parties display on my screen, I crash right away.

Update: Tried disbanding all my parties and now my party wages have skyrocketed to 5.5k gold a turn. Now have 4 days until broke.
