Massiv health regen decrease

Yes, it is a little strange. Strange enough for me to write here the first time! lol

Base regen is 5.
With surgeon with 85 medicine in party increase 0.41 ( no reason to hire one with that bonus )
Resting in settlement add 10.

It's a little plus difficult to play in realistic mode now.

Every hit in battle, 4+ days stopped waiting for health regen...

It also applies to AI, so I'm destroying lords in tournaments with a single shield bash constantly

I dont know if its intended or not, but I actually like it this way.
Given how timescale work in the game, it also means your "out for weeks" as one should be after a crippling blow etc.
Maybe its "too harsh" though, that I cant answer for everyone, but abit of a tweak maybe.

It's nice for realism, but:
- It's not actually real if we don't have a realistic wound system to match. The health pool system works nicely from a game mechanic perspective, but we all know we don't get massively wounded if someone throws 100 rocks at us in full armor. We might get wounded if one of the rocks hits us funny tough, but it doesn't have a cumulative effect.
- We don't have much to do while healing besides smithing, so, from the perspective of game mechanics, I don't think it's a good choice. It wastes our time and we should cut that down as much as possible unless it serves some purpose.
