Is there a tweak that enables you to have unlimited amounts of wives, i declared myself a sultan of my own faction in this game and i wanted to make some sort of a harem?

If by "does anyone know", do you mean "is there code for this available that I can copy paste", then no, no one knows.
If you mean, can "anyone figure it out", then sure, but I wouldn't expect folk to do the research and create a system like this for you.

I'd recommend that you search the module system for uses of slot_troop_spouse and then track through the various bits of code that use it and see which you might need to change...particularly look at the places where slot_troop_spouse is set with troop_set_slot.

A quick use of Notepad++'s Regular expression search using "troop_set_slot.*slot_troop_spouse" in Find in Files turns up only 7 places where a spouse is recorded...so that would be a place to start
