Marnid's Weapon Proficiency Points?

When I level up Marnid, I am unable to increase his weapon proficiencies, the '+' buttons aren't there. He has so far saved up 80 weapon points that are needing used up!

Help would be much appreciated!

I had this happen. You need to increase his Weapons Master stat.

Weapon proficiencies are limited by the Weapon Master skill, which I believe is limited by the Agility stat.

In other words, increase Weapon Master and it should allow you to increase the weapon skills further. If you have no option to increase Weapon Master, increase agility until you do.
