Marnid and borcha follow you into arena

I think it would be cool that when u enter the arena marnid/borcha or both enter with you if they are in your party.It would be better as you can train them up.I couldn't find anything on this surgestion in serch but if it has been surgested please link me to it.

Possibly (to expand the possibilities), allow players to recruit NPC heroes (perhaps 1 per 2 leadership levels - OTHER than marnid and borcha), that are trained and equipped for arena fighting as well? Ultimately, the player could have an option to enter his 3 (or more if its in Janus's arena expantion mod) heroes in an arena fight, and watch from the sidelines? Hmmm

I think it would be a really good idea to be given the choice to create a team for your arena fights.To make it even better you could name your team and fight for supremacy in the arena. You would come up against other teams of hero characters and you would have stats telling you about the results of previous fights. If the series is close and you have played a lot they could become your rival team. Your team could grow in popularity and if you have the crowds support your fighters could be inspired to do better have a temporary skill increase. Also different competitions would be cool for this. So you could be dominating the "freestyle event" (You pick the weapons) but another NPC team is King of the "Archery event".

To add this team idea even further there could be an Animal Crossing type of design your own team shirt, so using an in game editor, or importing images you could have that as an emblem on the front of your mail or scale or whatever type of armour you are wearing. So you and you two/three NPC team mates would wear the same team armour.

I think events could include but no limit to

• Jousting (Taking it in turns and the team with the most points wins)
• Archery at a target (Most points wins)
• Archery at each other
• Sword fighting (One on one and team with the most wins, wins over all)
• All out Sword melee
• Freestyle
• And horse combat

I don't like this... exactly you can train them up, it wouldn't be fun any more.  In vanilla the arena is way to easy as it is, with a new char, and no proficiencies, i still have no problem winning every time.  With marnid/borcha it would be insanely easy. 

Now if we had all the improvements to the arena that Juno(and hundreds of others) suggested, then fighting with them would only make sense, but as the arena stands now, there is no point to waste your time coding that.  Also there are hero's in the arena, one is Xerin other is... i cant remember but yeah, there are heroes.

Check out Voutare's Gladiator mod, he could use ideas like this.

this has been suggested i did this not long ago i like this idea because it makes your npc's into more realistic characters, e.g if your master went into the arena to win money wouldn't you want to do the same?
