SP - General Map Management - Speed/Sight/Stealth Modes

Basic ideas:
  1. Implement modes for speed (move faster), sight(see farther), stealth(harder to see)
  2. Different terrain benefits different modes - forests would be better for stealth and worse for sight, while plains would be opposite
  3. Heavier equipment units reduce effectiveness of speed and stealth more
  4. Larger groups and compositions with more horses and cavalry reduce stealth most significantly
Additional more complex ideas:
  1. Skills impact modes: Steward for Speed, Scouting for Sight, Roguery for Stealth
  2. While waiting, Sight and Stealth are amplified and combat map starts with defensive fortifications based on Engineering
  3. Speed allows for accelerated movement when moving after a wait.
  4. Troops with modal combat bonuses - accuracy boost for sight, charge or move bonus for speed, high morale damage for stealth, etc.
Some of this is already a factor to some extent, but this would amplify what's there.

Would make troop composition have more interesting trade offs while making navigation of the map a more interesting gameplay element.

Would also allow for more distinct playstyles for different campaigns.
