Map Making Texture Issue

Every time i try to save textures on the map im working or change the elevation of something it won't save when i restart the map in Admin Panel or when i retart the game. I'm not sure if the old ways of hosting a game and then working on it there finally gave out or if i have something bugged. Please, if you have a suggestion or fix to this post it here
