Map editor error on softening borders

That's it, on Throgrim's Map editor, I can change the tile to water but it gets like  triangles. I saw that there is a button that says soften shores or something and I clicked it, and it started working, I could see the bar getting filled, but in like 1/3 of it, an error popped asking to send a report.

Any guesses?

Select fewer tris next time. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not

Fewer tris? You mean like softening less water at a time?
