manual activation doesn't work

Hi. Since this is my first post, let me congratulate you on your excellent game, it's truly more than worth all the effort you've put into it. I've played it madly for two days and then purchased my serial number. However...

I don't have internet at home, so I got the licenturion key with my hardware hash, no problem, but when I enter it, nothing happens. I doesn't say wrong key, but it still says trial version. I've just double checked licenturion, but I've not the key down correctly the first time.

So, what can I do? [/b]

I'm having trouble with the manual activation to work too. How did you get it to work in the end? I got the number pulged it all in as it says in other posts but when I go to load up my game it still gives the " this is a trial version only working up to level 6 etc..." and then shuts down.

This game is really addictive and I want to continue playing someone please help.
