manor questions after recent patch

I built all the buildings i could before the patch but they had no effect on the settlement. Prosperity and population was stagnant. Will the buildings i built pre patch now appear? or is a new fief required to see the changes etc.. and the marshall was of no use.

Should be good with the patch and all the buildings in being build should be build. The problem is that the cycle did not cover all the manors after a while. So ongoing buildings would never be processed and completed.
