Manor buildings never ends

Hi, I don't seen to find anything like this so, here I am.

I've been trying to build a grain farm at my manor for quite some time and I simply can't do so! I pay the money, wait all the time needed (I've been waiting for 15 days, at least) and it never ends!

On the "peasant guide" it says that it should take only a week so... how do I fix it?

Do you have the latest SVN version?

I actually downloaded the full version from modDB >.<

I'm already downloading the SVN version and packing it...

to be sure...SVN version you get with this: http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,179290.0.html
if have downloaded a release version it is possible to use this as base...so maybe you don't have to download everything. But this isn't exactly written down in the tutorial and I didn't remember how this will work exactly.

I have both versions, and I have ran into the same problem. Is there a way to fix this? I'm a new player and have made it to the mid game for the first time, from what I've read, and the only issues I have with the non SVN version is exactly this issue. Is there a code or some sort of download to fix this? I really don't want to go back to the Poor SVN Trader without at least grasping some understanding of how the mod works. Thanks.
