SP - UI 'Manage Garrison' should be in the main menu, not in keep

It's just so unintuitive, a lot of people think there's an actual bug with garrisons since they don't know they have to go to keep first to access it. Besides, Manage Town is already in the main menu, and it's only natural for this to be there also.

No I'm not using any mods. However I only had castles not towns, it maybe different in castles.

May be so, this can be considered for towns, then.

Wanna word this, because I just had to look this up here in the forum, I wondering why my town won't let me manage my garrison, while it works fine in my castles.
I suppose the logic here is that a castle is essentially a keep without a town around it. The other solution would be to put Manage Town into the keep also, to make the keep a sort of "governor's central" and not clutter the main page.
