Resolved Man-at-Arms perk does not work

The perk for 175 Stewardship Man-at-Arms should give 5 party limit per fief you own, but it doesn't. I have 6 fiefs and it didn't increase my limit at all and didn't show in the breakdown. I feel that should be an easy fix.

Also I have confirmed the perks Spare Arrows and Mounted archer not working as well. It would be really helpful to release a list of perks not implemented yet, because some of them are quite difficult to verify. This makes leveling very lackluster and disappointing :/

Completely agree. It would be nice if they differentiated between the perks they haven't yet implemented, and the perks that are simply bugged or not working. Their "Known Issues" thread would be a great place for it.
