Making Peace and Declaring War?

The options seem to be grayed out. At first I thought I needed more influence, but now I'm wondering if the diplomacy options are in the game yet. Anybody know anything about it? I'm currently stuck in a war that I don't really know how it started. A notification popped up saying my clan declared war, but I'm the leader of my clan and definitely did not. After capturing a few towns, it doesn't seem like I can offer the other faction peace either, so I'm basically stuck in this war.

I use the developer console mod on nexusforums to use dev commands to do it
Worked fine so far.

You can actually offer peace by talking to any lord in the field.

If you want to declare war on another kingdom just wait. Eventually you'll get a message that your kingdom declared war on some other random kingdom somewhere whether you wanted to or not. But if you want to have peace when you randomly start a war... it'll cost you 50-80k. And then it'll happen again a few days later. Yay for features!
