Making custom kingdom name

So i saw in the forums once that you can change the kingdom name to something like Random kingdom of Me for example.
But i completely forgot which post which topic, all i know is it is in the troops.txt file

Can somone give me a link? Or give me instructions any help is appreiciated and sorry this is proberly completely ovious but still......
