Making a mod, can i get help?

hey guys, at my school i have to do a challenge, my chosen challenge is to make a mod, even if its not soooo pro. could anyone be willing to volunteer to help me out? all i can do is the units with the help of the unofficial troop editor, i need a texture and mesh maker for the moment, dont know about any others, help really appreciated.

I took a game design course and we modded Unreal Tournament...  The classes are out there, you just got to find them.

well its not AT school its at home, im allowed help because its a challenge and teachers accept the fact that its supposed to be hard... ill look at the link in your second post but if i still cant do textures/meshes then i will really need some help, or could u guys like post some sort of weapon pack or something, also is there a weapon pack that has medieval guns? if so can u post

I wish I could choose making a mod as a project at school! Modding is pretty much my only hobby, seeing as the archery range is so far away from where I live...

lol ruthven i know how u feel i love archery too, dont know any archery ranges where im at and if they'll accept a 14 year old, say ive seen you at alot of forum topics and are you any good at meshes/textures? XD

Nope. I just post everywhere because I'm like that (not much to occupy the time, y'know?) The only thing I can really do in modding is basic codes. 

However, I have pretty good ideas, (I think) and, as I've said, the time to use them.

ruthven im gonna realease the mod... i guess, i dont find the point in personal mods because u can just post it and let other ppl have some fun in it... so im gonna release it, not sure if it will turn out well though and i do need a person to make meshes/textures, think u can get some1 who can do that? XD

Dudro, do u want me to use proper english, i use chat, cuz i really dont use it much. PLUS my first language is english but since i took french immersion i lost some knowledge on how to spell some stuff -.-, and im not really sure what u mean by "what is it about"...

You make textures yourself, with gimp or just paint.  You make models with Wings3d and other 3d modeling programs.  I'm sure someone can direct you to one.  And I am in elementary, Ruthven can back me up, and what's wrong with being in grade 7+8 and making mods?  They're all very good.

no offense, but if you haven't gotten any replies yet, chances are you may have to do it yourself...  I'm finding that I'm in the same spot.  Gonna have to break out the old skills in modeling...

If you have some weapons you want made, check the props thread.  Someone might do it for you.
