make gun work?

i have search but couldnt find and tuto.so can anyone tell me how to make gun work after put it in to game(include pistol and machine gun, system module prefer). :mrgreen:
 
Obviously you didn't search properly. I get multiple results by just searcing on "gun" or "musket".
 
Sure i do the search but i find a lot of saperate info and that is difficult. :mad:
P.S it adding gun is the same as adding item and you just change some code in item_module, right?
i want to ask should i use itp_type_pistol or some other code to have a gun and you hold them in both hand. :eek:

You mean like an musket? Or to dual wield pistols?

Dual wielding pistols is not yet possible, muskets are possible though.
 
hey i hav 4 more questions.
1./ as i see in some tut they use 2 item flags like itp_type_musket|itp_type_polearm.
2./ is it xxx stand for maximun?
3./ where can i find meshes id/meshes name?
4./ for machine gun what item_flag should i use?
