You'll find that most of the bigger mods load slow. I've experienced it with plenty of mods.

sorry but how can i restore the ancient capital? i've become emperor but the option in the dialogue for restore it doesn't show up!
p.s. i managed to do it alone! for restore it you must make your  capital Praven and than speak with your chancellor...i thought that you can do the ancient capital the new one but unfortunatly you cannot...that will be the next target right?  :grin: :grin: :wink: :wink:

i'm having exactly the same problem, after I conquered this castle I started crashing everytime I try to enter lord's hall in any castle.. is there any fix for this? all ive found searching is the flag_optimization thing in module.ini, this didnt work  :sad:

Near Zendar city you will find a village (I can not remind my self what was the name of it) there you can recruit Zendar's troops.

May be the mod is bugged or your game, however on my computer it works perfect even though if Zendar Kingdom is conquered by another kingdom still works for me. Recruit these Rhodoks and then may be a merical will happen :smile:.
 
I suggest that you change the polearm overswing thrust, because the animation affected all polearms including staff, which doesn't make any sense to overthrust with a staff  :lol: EDIT: errr also Bardiche, (eh, you changed it to Two Handed) Poleaxe, etc

3- Now for the tedious part your are going to need Morgh´s tools. You have to edit every single polearm (hurts, doesn´t it?) that you want thrusting in two directions and change the following.
-In "Flags" tick "is_pike (WFAS)" and "no_blur (WFAS).
-In "Capabilities" untick "overswing_polearm" and "slashright/left_polearm". Then tick "overswing_spear (WFAS)" near the bottom of the screen.

This solution is by no means perfect and there are some problems. For instance you cannot aim the upper thrust up or down like you can with the lower one. But on the other hand it seems to work better in close combat. Anyway, that´s the best I can do. I hope it´s helpful.

BTW: I can´t just upload a submod myself for two reasons. I´m using the animations submod and I haven´t replaced every single Yari yet. I have a German exam this week and...das ist wichtiger.

I downloaded the full mod 1.3, installed it fine. Downloaded the patch and... with a patch I just extract to and overwrite the old files in the module folder right?

sorry for the noob question :grin:
 
For starters AMAZINGLY GREAT MOD to the creator. Me and many others are very excited and impressed with your work. And hope to see more.

I just have a question.
Can colonies progress into villages,town ect. Or evolve in some way. I see the natives have cities and I'll be happy to conquer them. :smile: Though with 30 men It won't happen to soon.

Also can you take/raid colonies? I have just built a colony(the first). So I wonder if I will struggle to defend it. Which would b awesome

Lastly, If you start a colony then join a faction. Do you keep your colony?(has anyone tried and figured it out)
