Resolved Main Quest stuck on 2/3 Dragon Banner

Summary:I talked to both Istania and Arzagos, I razed both bandit camps, but the quest is still stuck on 2/3 collected pieces.
The quest says Time remaining -214-748-3648 Day, 23 days ago
How to Reproduce:I started this quest so long ago, I don't remember the steps I made before that
Have you used cheats and if so which:I tried the command I found on this forum campaign.complete_active_quest, but it's not on the list in the console anymore so it didn't work.

Is there any command that would help me bypass this issue, or maybe I can give you the save file so you can fix it for me?
I would really hate to start the campaign from the scratch

Do you have a save file just before the taking the quests?

Taleworlds has removed the cheat command 'campaign.list_active_quest' and 'campaign.complete_active_quest' despite leaving in every other cheat in the game. This is infuriating. My quest is bugged, I can't complete the damn banner. Give the fix to add back in the command to complete quests Taleworld.
