Main quest failed after 844 day

Hi I'm playing on 1.3 beta

My main quest (Assemble banner and creact your own empire) failed after 844 day.

Is this a bug or i have to make my own kingdom before 844 day ?

Did you start a new campaign for that 1.3 beta, or did you simply load an old save with the new modules?

I'm in New save create on 1.3

The story of the banner should not have any time limit .. If the game lets us have kids and then those have kids some people may want to leave it to 2 gen to get the banner going. or our own kingdom . if not theres no point having kids as the game will be over before they get to the right age..
