the main quest cant be completed due to the game crashing. the crash occurs each time a hideout is finished and this includes the main quest hideouts. you can collect prisoners however it crashes when you go to the loot/ inventory section.

Can confirm, had exactly the same problem.

Turns out that it's tier 3 trade perk that causes this issue. I removed it with this character trainer, and now it works fine:

Character Export Import

Export/Import character to modify attributes, skills, and perks from text file

"quest failed : you couldn't finish the quest in 10 years" Main quest crashed with the message. It come back regularly.
