Resolved Main Quest Bug, possibly related to map bug

Summary: Istiana's plan conspiracy strength reaches 2000/2000, Eliminate Western Empire reaches 100/100 and both have a green checkmark.
How to Reproduce: Happens most likely due to map glitch where enemy lords (sometimes ones I have even executed) appear near rhesos castle, starving in that unreachable bug spot to 0 strength and staying there.

Storage Device: Game on HDD, game saves on bootdrive SSD (for whatever reason, pls fix)

Update: after playing for a while so many bandit troops have gathered at that spot, that it crashes the game every time I go by there
