Machinegun cart

I have two questions about that item:
1. Is this possible to make such model of light horse-drawn cart and made the game using that cart as a horse?
2. As you see, there is a machine gun on that cart. If the cart is working on horese scripits, how to make that machine gun usable and shooting to  my enemies?

The cart is possible but it will die fast cuz every part of it is counted as able to be shot at but the machinegun idk its possible but very hard i recall some one making it

Which mod are you using? And: You could also simply place a machinegun on the cart which you can pick up. A solid gun attached to the cart won't be possible I think.

It's a Russian mod about our Civil War of 1917-1922. Have you ever heard about Nestor Makhno?  When we make a normal demo with all the fractions joinable, I'll give you a link.
Yes, I'm talking about a solid gun attached to the cart.
