You can fix your cursor flickering problem with this video (Worked for me) (video isnt mine all credits go to its owner)

I have tried this and even listed the method in my thread it didn't work for me at all.

When it starts,go to task manager and close Nvidia Containers (There are multiple of them) and It should work
