How has no one mentioned the spear changes yet? They're great! Spear + Shield is actually viable in close melee now!

Yes!  I don't know what they did, but spear thrusts are somehow way more dangerous than before, especially 2h but also 1h.  Very awesome.

Although, the chamber positions could use some tweaking.

I noticed that ANY thrust is much more dangerous now, I think that insta-stab bug is back, noticed something like this about 10 times today.

Heh, tried my hardest to test it. Being a bit of a whiner, I have to stop and think if something is really actually unbalanced or if I'm just being a useless wanker that particular day.

Wish read the forum before going to work, was waiting on new version in hope of polearm animation change, since was finding 1 handed polearm and horseback lance trust attack to be slughish. But time to download once back at home. =)
