If you don't get an e-mail you're not in the first group ( that's how I understood that atleast ) but you'll get a chance to join the later groups. right?

They're not giving out all the beta places, at the start. They'll be staggered, over the course of a few weeks.

Testers will be approved gradually during the next few weeks. So don't be upset if you are not chosen as a tester within the first days

There is always an NDA for pretty much any beta. Theres always people who break it though or say bad things about the game even though its still being developed.

I don't see why you'd need an NDA for this though, its not as if its an MMO.

At least if there isn't an NDA, we can get some real information about the details in this expansion while we wait for our beta invites/hope in vain for them.
