Is it possible/available/allowed to post our Warband LPs in this section (The Warlord's Den) which technically are quite close to AARs? Yu no' what I mean. I wanted to do it, but since no one did it before (it looks like so), I'm kinda...undecided. So?

Summary: The story of Estrid of Nordland, descendant of Gundig and sister of the King of the Nord of Nordland, how she turns into a Shieldmaiden, a Huscarl and then a Jarl to fight alongside the Nord in Calradia undermining them at the same time for her own reasons.

Name: Time of Troubles
Status: Active
Summary: the story of a coward scholar from Geroia, a mystic madman that claim to have came back from the death, a patriotic warrior and a silver cross with three diamonds in the broken Kingdom of Vaegirs, a land forsaken by the gods.

Here's a question for all of ye AAR writers: What makes a good AAR?

Edge of Thorns: I'd say a good writing skill in english and a mastery in the way you present your AAR (a diary with annotations in my case). What I said makes for an entertaining one, but I must admit that you'll have to put a special touch in your AAR to make it rise among the best. If you need more inspiration, I'd say you should read a few AARs before launching (I personnaly recommend Floris (monnikje) for a good diary-styled AAR and Bold O'Ginn (Bruce Almighty) for a narrative one).

I've been having fun with the playtest of my tweaks to the game, and thought I'd share the story that's forming.

Jorviks Return

A Story based AAR. In fact it would be better to consider it as a short story that happens to be set in the same setting as the Brytenwalda Mod. It follows the adventure of Jorvik, a Norse raider who becomes stranded on Hibernia and becomes embroiled in the miss-haps of his new companions as he searches for a way to return home.

I have actually completed the story but I'm currently re-writing it for better quality since having learnt more about creative writing. It will be fully re-written by 14/05/2014 and I'm posting each chapter re-write as I go.
